PHILLIP CAPP: It really looks and feels a lot like traditional primary care, with one very important exception, which is that your care team actually isn't sitting in a building. But it doesn't mean that you can't get services you know locally as well.

JOSHUA MUNRO: So, the biggest problem that we have is just simply a supply and demand issue. There's a huge demand and there's a very small supply.

JOSHUA: I've been able to connect with patients who, for whatever reason, have not been able to connect to a primary care doctor.

JOSHUA: Really have been able to establish really nice relationships with people. They seem to be really comfortable opening up and talking about things much more so than I would have expected.

PHILLIP: I love the fact that this model really feels like it revolves around me, meaning that I can drive the type of interaction that I need with my care team, using my smartphone or my computer.
