Our care and services

We offer primary care at more than 50 locations for family medicine and internal medicine. Services include ongoing care, checkups, and tests and treatments for minor injuries and illnesses.*

Our pediatricians offer care for children from birth to age 18. We have offices throughout Colorado, including Colorado Springs and Thorton.

Pediatric Saturday clinic for nonurgent care

When your little one or teen needs care on the weekend, count on Pediatric Specialists in Colorado Springs. We’re open when your pediatrician’s office is closed. We specialize in caring for infants, children and teens up to age 18.

Our Saturday clinic offers nonurgent care for concerns like:

  • Colds
  • Flu
  • Respiratory infections


We do not offer the services listed below on Saturday:

  • Labs
  • Shots
  • Physicals
  • X-rays (available for walk-ins during the week)

Urgent care clinic locations

If your child has a non-life-threatening illness or injury, urgent care clinics offer walk-in care. No appointment is needed.

We now provide mental health services at most of our primary care locations. Please call your doctor’s office to learn more.

We can help you with your Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and in-home visits.

Urgent care is for times when you need care right away for illnesses or injuries that aren’t life-threatening and your doctor isn’t available. Find urgent care locations in Colorado Springs and Denver.

Some of our locations in Denver and the Pikes Peak region offer clinical studies. Talk to your doctor to find out if being part of a clinical study is right for you. 

Our Extensivist Program offers care for recently hospitalized Medicare Advantage patients for up to 90 days. We help you with chronic (long-term) illnesses and getting better after being in the hospital.

The goal of our program is to help you get better after being in the hospital so you can go back to seeing your primary care doctor.

Hospitalists are doctors who specialize in caring for patients in the hospital. They work with other doctors on your care team.

Hospitalist care is included with our medical care services in the Denver area.

Expert help for sleep problems

Getting a good night’s sleep is important to your overall health. Our Sleep Center in Colorado Springs provides specialized care to help with your sleep problems, including sleep studies. 

Outpatient infusion therapy

Infusion therapy is when medicine or fluids are put directly into your bloodstream with an intravenous (IV) needle. The Optum Infusion Center in Colorado Springs is a relaxing place to get the outpatient care you need.
