Common questions about your account
You can register for Optum Home Delivery Pharmacy in just a few minutes using the Optum Rx app or optumrx.com. Simply follow the prompts to create a HealthSafe ID®, verify your information and set up a password.
You'll need some basic personal information and may be asked for a verification code sent to your email or phone. Once your details are confirmed, your account will be ready to use.
If you've already registered for an account, you have a HealthSafe ID. If you're unsure, try to sign in.
If you forgot your credentials, use the Forgot username or password link for help.
If you haven't registered yet, you'll create a HealthSafe ID during the sign-up process.
You can track your order from the time it ships until the moment it's delivered. There are 2 ways to track your order:
Track without signing in
- Go to optumrx.com and select Track your order.
- Enter the order number, patient’s last name, date of birth and zip code.
- Select Track order to check the status.
Track by signing in
- Sign in to optumrx.com or use the Optum Rx® app.
- View detailed updates such as order status and carrier tracking (like USPS or FedEx), order holds and notification alert settings.
You can cancel your order online by simply selecting the medication name from your eligible prescriptions list and select Remove. If you need to adjust or cancel an order already in progress, contact Optum Home Delivery Pharmacy.
Yes, you can edit your scheduled date if your order has not been processed yet.
- Sign in using your HealthSafe ID. Then, go to Prescriptions in the navigation menu.
- Select the medication from the active Optum prescriptions list and select Edit.
- Choose an available date from the Calendar that works for you.
- Select Done to close the calendar and select the Save changes.
- Select Done to close the calendar and select the Save changes button.
