Start registration
Sign in to the Optum Rx® app or on optumrx.com. If you don’t have an account, register for a HealthSafe ID®.
Enter and verify info
Provide your personal details (name, date of birth, zip code), then verify your identity using the code sent to your email or phone.
Create and confirm
Set your HealthSafe ID username and password, review your information, and confirm your account.
What else should I know about managing auto refills?
If you forgot your credentials, use the Forgot username or password link.
